The work behind the services.

Products, business-system integrations, learning platforms and operational tools. Each story explains the problem, our contribution, how it was implemented and what has been checked.

Implemented work

Different problems. Working systems.

Product engineering, business integrations and working prototypes. Each story identifies our contribution, the implemented workflow and the checks behind its current status.

01 / AI agents & automation

Ascape

Live product

Product engineering in partnership with Accelerare.

AI workflows with human control.

Agents need more than a prompt to do useful work. Ascape brings tools, workflow steps, approvals and run history into one workspace.

Implemented
Agents and workflows, connected tools, approval gates and run records.
How it works
Scoped access, durable execution and interoperability through MCP, A2A, REST and GraphQL.
02 / Software & private AI

Crux

Live product

VexWorks product engineering.

One place to work across your devices.

Crux connects AI sessions and local models across computers, phone and watch, while each device retains its own tools and sign-ins.

Implemented
A connected hub, device agents, web and desktop interfaces, iPhone and Apple Watch apps.
How it works
Node.js, WebSockets, signed device connections and local-model routing.
03 / Computer vision

Pier 60

Working demo

Founder-led work under Revenue Optimization Group, LLC, before VexWorks was formed.

Turning a changing rental layout into data.

A computer-vision demo that detects beach rental units, classifies occupancy and maps their positions as the layout changes.

Implemented
Custom YOLO models, labeling tools, curated datasets and rental-position mapping.
How it works
Python, detection and occupancy classification, geometry and recorded-occupancy evaluation.
04 / Business systems & integrations

StudioLens integration

Implemented integration

Founder’s Ascape integration and access-control contributions to the existing StudioLens product.

Connect a business workspace to governed AI.

StudioLens is a venture research and portfolio workspace. The founder’s contribution connects its company context and account permissions to Ascape, where governed agents and workflows can run.

Implemented
Account handoff; company context; reliable synchronization; agent and workflow access.
How it works
The sign-in and company-context paths check the person and their membership before exposing the corresponding workspace. Device or connector credentials do not replace user authority.
05 / Workforce learning software

Accelerare FDE Academy

Working prototype

Engineering of the Academy learning frontend, practice labs and progress tools.

Help teams practice AI before using it at work.

A role-based learning platform for using AI agents in everyday work. Guided paths, simulated labs and progress exports help learners and team leads move from an introduction to a scoped pilot in Ascape.

Implemented
Adaptive learning paths; safe practice labs; progress and cohort tools; handoff to Ascape.
How it works
Lessons, competencies, role tracks and industry variations are typed curriculum data. The platform can adapt the learning path without duplicating whole courses.
06 / Purchasing & operations tools

Price Finder

Working prototype

Independent software project for product research and purchasing preparation.

Turn product research into a usable shortlist.

A workspace for project briefs, product research, comparison and purchasing preparation. It keeps selected offers, quantities, retailer rules and the evidence behind a comparison together.

Implemented
Project workspaces; evidence-based comparison; purchasing preparation; persistent records.
How it works
The extraction pipeline reads accessible merchant product data and structured markup. It retains source evidence and leaves unavailable information unknown.

Research & development

Where the work continues.

Research has its own status. These efforts sit alongside the delivered project work.

Ongoing research

Local model evaluation

Internal engineering work includes a supervised local-model coding router: bounded source tasks, executable acceptance checks, recorded responses and a final review before completion. Archived evidence records a supervised DGX workflow; controller corrections were needed. This supports private-AI evaluation and integration work, while unattended reliability remains a research question.

Quantum onboarding

An onboarding process for people new to quantum computing. The work is still in development.
