This Privacy Policy explains how VexWorks LLC (“VexWorks”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, vexworksllc.com (the “Site”). It does not cover our products, such as Crux, or work we do for clients. Those are covered by their own terms and agreements.

• Information you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and anything you include in your message. The contact form opens your own email app, and nothing is sent until you send it from there.
• Technical information. Like most websites, the services that deliver the Site, such as our hosting and DNS providers, process technical data needed to serve pages and protect against abuse. This includes IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested.
• What we don’t use. The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking tools.

2. How we use information

• To reply to you and provide the services you ask for.
• To operate, maintain and secure the Site.
• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only:

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
