An AI rollout needs more than access to a tool. Employees need practice that fits their job, a clear next step and a way to show progress without using real customer data during training.

How it was implemented.
Keep the curriculum structured
Lessons, competencies, role tracks and industry variations are typed curriculum data. The platform can adapt the learning path without duplicating whole courses.
Separate practice from live execution
A deterministic sandbox models workflow behavior using fictional data. The Academy teaches and tracks practice; Ascape is the separate tool that executes real work.
Make progress portable
Learner state is stored in the browser. Learners choose when to export progress, and a team lead can combine shared files into a cohort register.

What is implemented and checked.
Working prototype
The learning frontend and simulated labs are implemented. Accounts and progress are browser-local; the sandbox does not send real email or run production automations. Progress records describe completed learning activities.
